IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Sparrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Colorado Springs, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
