IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Juniper Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cleveland. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
