IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Cleveland supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
