IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Cleveland, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
