IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Orchard Freight is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
