IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Banking Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
