IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 916 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
