IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Fern Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
