IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Sparrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cincinnati. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
