IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
