IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Insurance Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
