IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Rowan Foods Group is a Charleston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 886 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
