IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Boston serving households and small businesses, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
