IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Field Water Authority is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
