IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
