IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Field Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
