IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Bright Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Baltimore, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
