IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Atlanta area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
