IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Markets Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
