IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Mill Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Atlanta. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
