IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Albuquerque, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
