IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Northwind Facilities and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
