IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Quill Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Albuquerque, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
