Instructor - skills training (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Harbor Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Wichita, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
