Instructor - skills training (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Wichita caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
