Instructor - skills training (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
