Instructor - skills training (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova Junction Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
