Instructor - skills training (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Yarrow Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
