Instructor - skills training (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
