Instructor - skills training (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tulsa with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
