Instructor - skills training (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tulsa, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
