Instructor - skills training (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 482 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
