Instructor - skills training (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Cedar Care Services supports families and individuals in Toledo with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
