Instructor - skills training (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Nest Staffing Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
