Instructor - skills training (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
