Instructor - skills training (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
