Instructor - skills training (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Nest Medical designs and makes medical devices in Tampa, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
