Instructor - skills training (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client sites.
