Instructor - skills training (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
