Instructor - skills training (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Lantern Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
