Instructor - skills training (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Nest Staffing is a St. Louis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
