Instructor - skills training (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
