Instructor - skills training (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
