Instructor - skills training (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
