Instructor - skills training (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Sable Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Spokane. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
