Instructor - skills training (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Seattle. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 450 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies.
