Instructor - skills training (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Linden Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Savannah with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
