Instructor - skills training (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
