Instructor - skills training (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in San Jose, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
