Instructor - skills training (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Granite Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
